Elli and Runa were amazing. Before our arrival. They already checked to see when we will arrive to prepare the place. Since we were arriving early. They graciously took in our luggages so we can go to the lagoons and enjoy the day without having to have our car full of luggages. The place was exceptionally clean with all kinds of goodies. Very close to the airport within 5 minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely book with them again if we return to Iceland.

We had booked my husband and I into the Diamond suites (top floor) and my daughters into the Hotel Keflavik (rest of the bulding). When we arrived they had upgraded so that both rooms were in the suites! It was such a treat. They had a beautiful bfast ready for us at 6 am the next day so that we could get to the blue lagoon by 7 AM. We used the car service that the hotel offers. Booked the Guesthouse Keflavik and when I arrived there was a note to check in at the hotel across the street. They offered a room instead in the hotel. That was very kind and a nice option. The room was great had a view of the Bay and the rain. It was nice to have places to sit and drink tea within the hotel. In the evening there were more people for dinner but it was pretty quiet.
