"The room itself was great. It’s was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom alone was the size of some European hotel rooms. But the common spaces have a lot of room for improvement. They are a bit shabby and unwelcoming. They need to replace some of the worn furniture and hire a decorator to make the large, cold space feel cozier! We were also disappointed that the breakfast we were told at check-in would be served from 7:30 was not available. We had to go elsewhere."

"The location of the cabins was perfect. The unit is compact/cozy but has everything necessary for a comfortable stay and local support was available throughout for extra towels, coffee, etc. The location is perfect with close access to Thinglavir, Fontana Spa and a local hostel."
