"We stayed here 8 years ago and the rooms were pretty run down . What a pleasant surprise to see they had been given a makeover ! Lamb to die for and the smoked salmon eggs Benedict was top class. Excellent friendly service and they even provided a complimentary shuttle up the hill to the start of the QC track . Wonderful! "

"The view was stunning and it is in a perfect location. The staff were very helpful and ensured that we had late night access as our arrival was delayed by 6 hours due to a problem with the ferry. The property had everything we needed for our short self-catering stay. We are happy to recommend this property."

"The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them, in Picton before we got on the ferry, told us how to see the bioluminescence, which was fantastic. The young man who took us around to feed the animals and the marine biologist who told us about the marine life on the viewing platform were incredibly knowledgable. The room was pretty and we had a good view if we sat outside. We also loved the hammocks and the glow worms."
