It was a lovely choice for an out-of-the-way stay. The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel, and the fare is 2 euros. An Uber into downtown cost us about 13 Euros. We enjoyed our stay at The Club House Hotel. We had a double room which was a nice size. Very comfortable beds, updated bathroom, and a lot of charging ports for our electronics. The staff was great and we ate breakfast at the restaurant both days we stayed. Centrally located in Kilkenny to restaurants and shopping and the castle. Having parking was a bonus! We highly recommend the Club House Hotel.

We had a lovely stay @ Launard house! Sharon & Adam provided exceptional service & hospitality. This was the 11th lodging stop for us (Scotland & Ireland) and the first to have a top sheet & washcloths, which we appreciated as Americans. Sometimes it’s the little things!😃 We walked into town for dinner with dozens of great dining choices. Breakfast was delicious and we wish we could have stayed longer.
