"This hotel with its fabulous staff deserves very high praise. We couldn’t fault anything! On arrival we were culturally greeted and given welcome snacks and drinks. We had a beautiful suite which was filled with everything we could need. Daily fruit, complimentary drinks, newspaper, toiletries etc. A surprise anniversary cake in our room along with petals, balloons and bathtub decorations was also appreciated. On leaving we were offered a picnic bag to assist our coach journey which was greatly appreciated. Nothing was missed by Evolve Back and we thank them for a wonderful stay. "

"The property is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and supportive, which made the stay pleasant. The breakfast and food options are good overall; however, the service time in the restaurant could be improved. The washrooms require better upkeep, and improved pest control inside the rooms would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Not even allowed to stay in the property due to your fake booking, which never executed as per the property reception. The customer with family suffered because of this, which cannot be beared. Atleast informed in the customer ahead of journey, inconvenience caused."

"The room lacked hot water facility as well as food was below average and highly overpriced the room has no cellular network and even there was 1 wifi for 10 rooms which has low connectivity. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional"
