"Perfect stay. Recommend the Junior suite with Balcony. Lovely staff. Great restaurant. Bed was comfy."

"The location was perfect and parking on site was great. Unfortunately we were in the front of the hotel and the noise from the street woke us ( we were on floor 9). Even numbered rooms are at the back of the hotel. The air con wouldn't go any lower than 18 and the room was too hot. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful."

"The staff was very pleasant. The Angel could do with a bit of updating and a lick of paint. Our room was clean very old fashioned and a bit tatty in places. The place smelt a bit musty at times. Breakfast was lovely. "

"The room was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work, and being on the 10th floor, it would get a bit warm during the day. The windows didn’t open, so no fresh air. As I was leaving to checkout, the door handle came off. The doors had smart locks and you had to help the door close in order for the lock to engage."
