Our stay at the Marriott courtyard was superb.when we entered the property we were a bit apprehensive since the place appeared smaller than the website pictures. But all our fears were allayed as soon as we met Smiti at reception! She was kind, warm friendly , caring and as soon as she heard that we were arriving after a stomach flu in Delhi, she arranged tea and drinks for us and upgraded our room and looked after our welfare till we checked out. This is not only a most beautiful property but the direct service staff is excellent. Prashant, the young man who brought my meal to my room was just about the most professional individual I encountered at the property. What worked best for us was the location. Visiting the Taj Mahal early morning became very easy from here. The room was simple but clean, and the air inside felt fresh. Breakfast was light and decent. The hotel did not feel crowded, which made the stay pleasant.
The hotel is close to the airport with complementary 24 hrs service to the airport. The restaurant have one of the best food in India. The hotel overall was clean, well maintained and decorated. My only complain is that there were some mol spots in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel!
Excellent service, warm welcome. Room was clean, good buffet breakfast, kids loved it. The hotel is within a short driving distance from Taj Mahal. We had asked for an extra roll-away bed (there was an extra charge for that) - and the bed was sent right away after we were in the room. We had arrived 1-2 hours before the check-in time - we were provided the room immediately.

Superb experience. We went to Agra first and then to Delhi where we stayed in Hyatt Regency and were disappointed and really missed the Agra Radisson facilities. The buffet had fantastic variety and the food was very tasty. We were very happy.

ITC is a very beautiful resort, however the room were a little dated. I booked 3 rooms, 1 room did not have wifi, the TV was outdated and did not have Netflix. The service was great and buffet for breakfast.
