The kitchen staff was also excellent & extremely warm & friendly. I wish we could've stayed longer here but definitely will return & will also refer family & friends. "We loved our stay here! Having the pool/hot tub all to ourselves was the absolute best and the host was very easy to communicate with. This area is perfect, away from the more crowded Placencia but still near restaurants/resorts. Would recommend!"

"Do not stay at this hotel. The resort is nice, but they double-charged for my room. I paid Expedia for the room, but the resort charged me again. Both the resort and Expedia are refusing to issue a refund. If you want to risk theft, this is the place to stay."
