The heritage suite had amazing water views on 2 sides. The bay window facing the water was very zen. The bathroom was spacious, water pressure was excellent. Toiletries were generous.
The front office staff were extremely helpful and hospitable.

The service was not exceptional here. The staff took care of minute details. The rooms were clean and renovated.
The only drawback was that there was no power backup here in case of loss if electricity which can happen sometimes otherwise everything was fantastic and the service compensated for that.

Excellent hotel in a quiet lane off main road. It was refreshing to be greeted with a cold towel and rose water when we first arrived on an extremely hot day. The room is light and airy and clean. The AC and fan are excellent! Staff are very professional and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food, spiced just right and has a great 360 degree view of the city and surrounding area. I could not be happier.
Rooms were spotless. Staff was courteous. Amenities were as excellent. Owner (Caesar) met us and inquired about our travel. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Udaipur.
