This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available.
The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. We had no problems with the cleanliness. We will probably return just for a spa day, we liked it that much.

The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. It is a small gesture that will be remembered because not everywhere allows dogs and we thought it might make for an issue, especially at a zoo but since the dog stood in the room it was no issue. First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.
Quaint, peaceful location on the Buda side of town. This hotel is probably better suited for families or retirees due to its distance away from the night life of the Pest side of town. Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and many amenities! It was a residential building with an inner courtyard which has been covered. Some original elements were preserved. Very good service and friendly staff. Well kept property. On a very high end shopping street and very close to many sites. Their Lebanese restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again.
