We really enjoyed our stay at the Admiral Grand. It has a very sophisticated and modern interior and exterior design with great attention to every detail. It's quiet and peaceful with excellent spacious beach with great amenities and convenient access right outside the hotel. Easy access to towels and beach chairs.

Here's the gig: Dubrovnik is not huge. The walled city is beautiful but only so much to see as it is mostly restaurants and repetitive shops. A couple of museums, a church or two, etc., but one good day or afternoon and you can cover the highlights. Don't miss the cable car to the top of the hill at twilight. Spectacular.
Having said that, this hotel gives you the option to enjoy spectacular views at the seaside, a gorgeous walk along the coastline into town or a 10 minute bus ride from...
We stayed in the old town before Berkeley hotel and it was a nice change. The hotel can have some good views and is quiet. Food is better in the vicinity and convenient to the bus for local city or intercity. Also 8 min walk to the airport shuttle, which is 40 kunas, while city bus is 15 kunas. You can pay for fare on the bus and they will make change.
Hotel itself was fantastic and staff was great. Probably the niciest hotel we stayed in in Croatia for less than $150.
WOW!!! I was speechless at this hotel. We stayed for two glorious nights and it was better than the best Marriott I have stayed at. Not only was it only a few years old, but the rooms were huge and the shower was to die for. We went down for breakfast (included in the minimal amount) and I actually asked the receptionist if that spread was the one included in our nightly price. Also, there was a bus stop that took all of 3 minutes to get to the main gate of the old city. It was about 30...
Upon arrival we were greeted immediately! Our bags were grabbed and we were taken to the front desk. The service was continually fantastic. The Cave Bar downstairs was pretty cool! We arrived a bit late so that was the only place to grab a quick bite.. only 3 items on the menu, but doable. Would definitely stay here when it’s a bit warmer!!!

The hotel is very clean and modern, since it was renovated recently and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful both at the front desk and restaurant downstairs. Our room was clean, air conditioned, spacious and very comfortable, and was made available to us before the 3pm check-in time! When we got into the room a cold bottle of prosecco, a box of chocolates and a lovely handwritten note were waiting...
We just returned from a lovely stay at Hotel More. Of course the surroundings are magnificent. But the hotel staff and on-site facilities are what make or break a hotel. Delicious food, beautiful pools with views over the sea. Total relaxation. The staff treated our family with care and kindness each and ever encounter. Our waitress at the on-site restaurant remembered our child's favorite meal. The prices are not cheap, but I am willing to pay extra for fabulous service.
