"Fantastic place - spotlessly clean, scenic and extremely welcoming. We spent 5 nights here and were so impressed by the high standards of everything. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom new and the shower good. The breakfast buffet had everything from eggs to pastries. The host gave us excellent suggestions for sightseeing. "The place is located above the village, and you should NOT use google maps or waze for guidance inside the village. The room is very beautiful and in good condition, however, we got an lawful smell of cigarettes, even though it is not allowed to smoke inside. The manager gave us some freshener to reduce the problem. Another issue was that the floor/ceiling is made of wood, and we could hear every step and muffled sounds of talking from the room above. "Super unique hotel, tucked into a very active mountain town. The roads all around are tiny and winding mountain village size. Hard to find and hard to drive/park, but that really adds to the experience of this unique and wonderful location. Inside the hotel is very modern, well built, clean. Staff very helpful, pulled the car out onto the street for us. Certainly would have helped us find and park if we had called ahead. "

"Entering the hotel the care towards heritage and history was clear. The room was large and very comfortable (bed, shower, and space). There was room to have suitcases, and walk without feeling like you were tripping over something. The views from the room, balcony, and dining facility were beautiful.
