"Excellent place to layover before flying out of LHR. Basics are provided, a clean room and the breakfast. A little confusing regarding which shuttle buses to take to and from the hotel, so read the heading/destination signage on the front of the bus carefully. In my case if departing from LHR Terminal 2, stand at bus post 9 for the shuttle to this hotel. £7 per person each way. Much less than Uber or a taxi."

"Comfortable night’s stay after landing at 7pm and wanting to rest before heading home. Room was a tiny bit tired and showing sins of age but good value for money for what we needed. It’s easy to avoid the £7 each way shuttle bus (Hallmark coaches) fare if you have time to check Maps and are prepared to walk 3 mins to the bus stop just beyond the roundabout. £1.75 instead."

"This hotel is a little gem situated only minutes outside of the city center. We really enjoyed the breakfast upgrade which was delicious. Sadly, the “garden” didnt live up to the photos, however, I do realize that it suffered in the recent heatwave - and, well, you can’t do much about the weather. The only recommendation I can think of is that the hotel should really consider upgrading their towels. These were the grittiest, most scratchy and rough towels I’ve ever had the displeasure of using - the word “sandpaper” comes to mind. A hotel of this caliber should invest in high quality luxurious towels for its guests."
