"Clean room. Reasonable parking. Loved the added extra activity ( bear hunt ) for the kids. No AC, which was a surprise to us but was not unreasonably warm with the window open."

"The twin room was spacious with a good en-suite, a fridge, coffee maker and kettle. There is a roof-terrace bar with excellent views of the City and cathedral which serves very good snacks. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was busy when we walked by. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Gloucester, 5 minutes from the train station and the cathedral, 2minutes from the bus station and main shopping streets. It's about 10minutes to walk to the Quays. The staff were friendly and efficient."
