"Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. "

"Very good clean housekeeping helpful near by 24 house open super market"

"⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an...

"Reception refused to honor online booking and refused to provide refund."

"Staff were very helpful "

"good shuttle service and hospitality."

"Indian restaurant food is tasteless due to overspicing, and premises are run-down and dingy. Staff is scruffy and check-in is slow. Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. Corridors are hot and run-down. This hotel has evidently seen better...

"We stranded in Oman due to Travel irregulations and chose the Boulevard hotel. The staff was so kind, helped us with our luggage, even they offered breakfast for non Muslims during Ramadan (which we really appreciated and did not take for granted)! Breakfast was limited but totally delicious and enough choices. The lady at check out was so kind, she even organized a cab for free. I had to hug her. We will definetly come back visiting Oman and also staying again at Boulevard hotel. "

"Hotel nice and comfortable "

"Amazing staff, breakfast, room, facilities and parking. "

"Yes good hotel and good location "

"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"Great location in neighborhood just outside of downtown but near the waterfront. Pool has great sunsets and views. Breakfast was high quality with plenty of options and local foods 🙏 I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Muscat!"

"From initial contact to when we checked out, the service was first class. I cannot praise the staff enough for making our very short stopover an experience that will take us back to Oman again soon. The hotel facilities are exactly what you would expect - well presented and maintained. Nothing is too much trouble. The pool area is exactly the place to recover from a lot of travel."

"Everything the room, the staff, the amenities were amazing. Also the convenience of being at the airport already during a long layover."

"Always a pleasure staying here. Great staff and accommodations. "
