Great management and staff. Everyone performed above expectations. I had a tv issue and it couldn’t be resolved so they upgraded my room. That was truly unexpected.
The food was top notch also. The chef mixed a dip for my chicken that was very tasty.
Absolutely loved this quirky castle. The owners was so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the castles history and did a personal tour which I loved. His love for the property showed so much in this tour. Breakfast was delicious and left nothing to ask for. Would stay here again. No complaints.
The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. She greeted us as we arrived and made sure we knew everything about the place and gave us help to find anything else in the city. The room was quite spacious and had an actual King size bed. Couldn't have picked a better place - wish we could have stayed longer here. The hosts are incredibly friendly, the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, the bedding soft and luxurious and it smelled really good. Best sleep I've had this past week too!!

Our evening at Toadhall was dreamy. A beautiful room, a gorgeous property, a friendly and helpful host. We took a walk around the cliffs before tucking away to sleep after a long drive and awoke to lovely breakfast spread before continuing the journey. Would absolutely stay here again… and again :) Thank you!

I stayed here the night before my wedding at Drum Castle and was able to utilize the late checkout so I could get ready there with my hair and makeup artists. My bridesmaids, mother, and I had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delivered to my room and was delicious, and the property was clean and very relaxing. Lots of cute bunnies outside! We enjoyed our experience here very much and would stay again!
The beds were a little stiff, but manageable. The room could use a little extra maintenance and small upgrades to help make it look more presentable. There was some mold on the bath ceiling and the shower grout looks old and dirty.

This is a nice, local, quaint hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in a nice neighborhood it is an excellent choice. If you are attending a conference at the TECCA, this location is about a 15 pound taxi trip each way, but that gives you an opportunity to discuss the world with the local general public. Very Nice.
