"Liked the promptness of the airport shuttle. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast had many choices. We didn't care for the " restaurant ". The pizza lacked sauce and cheese. The wait staff looked puzzled that we asked for plates and he served us beers that were half foam...and the self serve options was a very difficult transactions. Not seamless. We observed twice that people had trouble self checking out. We also had to obtain assistance of this technical snafu."

"Residence Inn Brussels Airport was our favorite hotel of the trip. It truly felt like coming home after a full day of exploring. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped and very convenient. We also appreciated the excellent hair dryer, iron, and on-site laundry facilities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The nearby bus stop made getting around easy, and Diegem train station was within walking distance if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. The peaceful view from our window was a wonderful bonus. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!"
