"Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Staff were brilliant especially the dining room staff who went above and beyond to look after our needs. The only negative aspect was the duty night staff at reception when I went down to ask about obtaining some paracetamol to help with my wife's headache. The person on duty was negative in attitude, offered no solutions to assist me. She stated that she had none, there was none [tablets] at reception. She did not offer to look elsewhere for this medication. It was not a welcoming or happy experience for me!"

Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast with a great choice of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham and traditional hot breakfast. Definitely recommend."
