"The staff are the most kind, friendly group of people! We arrived late due to unavoidable delays with the trains. When we arrived we were exhausted, and the front desk reception was understanding. He went out of his way to help us get our luggage up to our room and ensure we had everything we needed. The morning staff was just as friendly and helpful. The room was super comfortable, and cute! I can't wait to come back to Scotland just to stay here again!"

beach, centre and other entertainment are very close. The dinner staff and the receptionists were amazing. The pool provided towels which is very convenient. Only thing is check if there is anything booked like aqua aerobics cause we had to leave. My daughter was quite disappointed. Dinner wasn't to my liking nor was breakfast. However, this hotel has great reviews about the food. So don't go by my review. "

"First night in room at front of hotel close to very busy road, difficulty sleeping. Service by some staff in restaurant very slow but food choice ok. On first evening small flies seen on restaurant window and following morning flies seen on fresh fruit. However, this was addressed promptly when hotel staff notified. A £20 hourly fee charged to each person booking on Hotel.com to access spa facilities. This was only explained on our arrival. This was most disappointing. Fabulous deserted beach

"Real 5star hotel in Scotland. amazing food amazing, without exception every time I had to deal with a member of staff, from reception staff to housekeeping to waiters and barmen they are polite, attentive and helpful. - Location - this is just a magnificent part of the world. Most of Scotland is worthy of a visit, - Hotel - The main hotel looks great in the hillside, and cottages are in a great location close to the golf courses and the beach
