Management excellent, he let us in at 9pm when all was locked for the night, and after we made the mistake of the check in date was for the day before.. he gave us a room and didn't charge .. what a very nice gesture.
Hotel is one block from the train station and just a couple of blocks from the old town - walking distance from several good restaurants. Nice pub.restautant next door. Excellent value!
Very clean room and the common area. Quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes walk to the center. We didn't try breakfast option. The owner speaks good English and was very helpful with her recommendations.
Beautiful little hotel, with a lot if small details arranged with love. Same counts for the restaurant. And of course the nice attention of the managers. We can really recomand "La Maison"
I will stay here again. The service and the staff were superior. The room was comfortable and very modern. Breakfast was delightful.

Stayed in Perros for a couple of long week end. The location of the Hotel is perfect. No dramatic seaview or anything but for the price you are getting topnotch 2* hotel.
Rooms were spacious and clean, location was excellent (Downtown and 10min away from the most famous beaches)
I'll book there again and spend the extra money I save on fancy restaurants and boat trips.
The sweetest kindest people run this hotel. We had rental car issues and they were so helpful. I don’t know what we would have done without their help. The breakfast was fantastic and the view was amazing. We will return!!
New owners of this lovely little gem are attentive and know the business of running a boutique hotel.
Rooms are a little small for my taste and sleep with someone you care for since the shower really is not private - fairly open viewing.
Highly recommend the place - a beauty in a wonderful part of Brittany
