The staff was very friendly and helpful. We noticed staff members cleaning frequently. Parking was convenient and secure with a lift directly to the room floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with adequate storage space. There was a mini-frig in the room but it did not work but it was not a big problem for us. My wife and I are on a two month motor tour of Europe and had arrived in Paris before driving to Belfort for the night. We have stayed in several Ibis Styled hotels and are fans of the brand. This property did not disappoint.
We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. With advanced notice, we arrived late and we were able to get the key to our apartment through the lockbox near the office. The apartment was very spacious for my family of 5. What was really nice was being able to park in a designated space right in front of the entrance which made bringing in luggage very easy. They also gave us a late check out since we arrived late which we appreciated. My kids enjoyed the onsite playground before we left.
This place was awesome. Built in like 1550 or something and you can feel it in certain parts. Room was great, and bigger than I thought. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend 10/10! Only issue, but not even an issue was the stairs creaked. (They’re old. Oh well!)
