This hotel was a wonderful surprise. It is a bit outside of Chamonix center, which we were not expecting (in the Argentiere area, only a 10-15 min train ride but too far to walk) and can be inconvenient late at night as public transportation closes early. However, the hotel itself is gorgeous and we never wanted to leave, so it wasn't a problem :) We recieved a free upgrade to a beautiful large room with a view. We loved everything about the hotel and staff; and it is perfectly located. Ask for room with a balcony overlooking the pool for best views!! Don’t forget your bathing suits.
Had a wonder stay while visiting the area. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. I did not eat in the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast had a nice selection. They had a large parking lot for my car that was complimentary. I would definitely stay here when I come this way again.
Our room was upgraded to a family room which included three beds and access to the terrace. It's next to the town center, visitors center, supermarket, shops and restaurants.
These are privately owned condos. I was there during off season (early November), and to my surprise i ended up with a huge loft with a big balcony and kitchen. For the price, I was expecting way less. Great view. Super helpful staff. Very clean. Just far enough away from the action to be quiet, but not too far to walk.
1st trip to Chamonix and we were looking for a good location, clean and plenty of space. We were greeted by the most wonderful young man who made everything about checking in as easy and personal as possible. The service continued throughout our 6 night stay. We especially liked our suite with 3 balconies overlooking all of the action. Simply love this gem of a hotel.
Have used this hotel in the past - I think about 6 other visits; it's our 'go-to' Chamonix hotel. Very clean, lovely helpful staff. Quaint style with well appointed rooms. Close to restaurants and shops and short walk to the bus stop. Can walk to the cable car station for the Brevent. It has other amenities that we have not yet tried like the spa and hot tub, restaurant (always have been too much on the go to hike). We will be back
