The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.
The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. Great location. Just outside the city of Geneva, but across the border in France. The rooms are spacious. Very convenient. Free parking. And our check-in receptionist gave us all the highlights of Geneva. We're glad to have stayed here, and will stay here again.
This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.
Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

The minute you walked into this hotel, it’s as if you walked into the Swiss alps. All wooden fixtures, paneling, and decor. They have great, comfortable sized rooms. Clean rooms, and staff is very friendly. They give free bus passes for your whole trip, they offer discounts at the restaurant, and it is a must to go there! The property is in a quiet area, but it is an easy walk to areas with restaurants, and also a short walk to the lakeside. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is a real find for anyone who neeeds a reasonably priced stay in Geneva. Excellent location, modern and very clean interiors, extremely friendly and helpful staff. What a fabulous room! It was huge, with completely separate rooms for the toilet and the shower, and fantastically high ceilings, 4 stories up. I felt like a princess in a tower. The lobby was an instant gem, with flowers that imparted a wonderful scent. The clerk was wonderfully helpful in multiple ways.
