Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. This beautiful hotel in the south of France is truly amazing. The staff was so very helpful, including the general manager,Norig and Lisa. The room was clean and quiet, and had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. We had a wedding to go to, and the staff was very helpful finding us an iron to straighten out our clothes!
