The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming after a long flight from NY and train ride from Paris. However, I arrived at the train station early in the evening and there were no taxis available at that time of day. Chateau De Maraval was just the castle experience we wanted from the medieval region from France. We were on a girl's trip and were provided two rooms that were beautifully furnished and stocked up. All the interiors was tastefully done. Outside of the castle is medieval but the rooms were with modern amenities. It was like living the best of two worlds. The property is well maintained. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an amazing time. We definitely would recommend this for families...
