The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.
The hotel was beautiful with great air conditioning. It was in a wonderful location close to shopping and old Nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt this was the best and most impressive hotel I have ever stayed at. large comfortable room with modern ammenities - clean and modern. The location is convenient and walkable to all areas. The staff were always pleasant and made you feel welcome. i could not have been more pleased with my stay at The Port Palace.
Hotel could not have been better. Such a beautiful area, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, eat breakfast while looking at the cathedral, and attached to a cafe with a ton of gluten free options. The staff were also all so absolutely lovely and helpful, every single one went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel De Provence. This hotel is a block from Rue D'Antibes (main shopping center) and maybe two blocks from the beach. Near to restaurants and everything Cannes has to offer. Jean was gracious, and helpful with directions to the nearest attractions. Slavica was also attentive and both speak good english. We stayed at the Five Seas for one night of a 10 day trip through France. We were very well taken care of at reception and the room was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again
Hôtel was great. It’s about 15 mins walk from La Croisette (the main beach promenade). We could have parked at the hotel but actually had failed to let them know in advance (our poor planning, not the hotel’s fault). If we had let them know we’d also have been able to charge our rental car there which was an EV. When we checked in they offered to reserve it for us for the following evening but in the end it was easier to just leave the car in a multistory car park nearby.
