Anne was a very friendly and helpful host. She was a great communicator who went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. She had a great sense of humor and outgoing personality! The property was conveniently located close to the Avignon TGV station. The outdoor space was lovely with wisteria and lilacs in bloom.
Overall, great place and very close to the downtown. The only problem was having to lower the bollard blocking the road in order to drive to the front of the hotel. And the parking garage was a bit of a walk, but free.

The hotel location is nice. Hotel is so beautiful. We love it. Had a nice stay. So close (walking distance) to Avignon train station. We can take the train to go to Avignon TvG. The hotel is built long time ago. But pretty clean. The square outside the hotel has little tour cars. They take you for a 15 minutes tour ride for 0.50 euro per person. We got to see the whole city. The streets in Avignon are so narrow, only these little tour cars can drive through. We had a great time

This is a nice, clean, well-maintained hotel in a wonderful town to use as a base for exploring the Southern Rhone region. The hotel has extensive grounds with two pools and multiple patios and sitting areas. Breakfasts are good, and the dinners are great while being reasonably priced. After touring Avignon, we would recommend this hotel. Quick check-in, easy parking, and pleasant staff. We loved our room, with balcony and comfortable table and chair, overlooking a garden-like yard. The pool was lovely too.
The hotel rooms were nothing to get excited about however they were spacious and the staff was absolutely so incredible. Despite the room I would stay there again because they made my time there so much easier than any other hotel of been in France

Location is several km outside of St. Remy with little else nearby which we enjoyed, but having a car or a means of transport is key. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly expensive and average. Highly recommend!!
