Hotels in Gardanne

The hosts and gorgeous property made this such a wonderful experience for my mother and I. This is such a special place! Our favorite stay during our trip to Paris, Aix-En-Provence, and Rome trip.

We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay. The staff is super friendly and the service is superb. The hotel is Super stylish, a wonderful combination of modern decor and Provençale vibe.

First of all, the location is just great. Right around the corner from the Musee Granet, only about 4 short blocks over from the Cours Mirabeau and oldest part of the city, less than 10 minutes (on foot) to the Fontaine de la Rotonde, and not far from the Hotel de Caumont museum. The street is very quiet, and has no cars - except taxis that can lower the access control posts. Just a block from the Rue d'Italie, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel has no sign outside other than...

We loved this hotel experience. We rented a car to explore Provence and had no problem driving the 10 - 15 minutes to Aix-en-Provence.

The room was gorgeous and very historic. Website said the property has an elevator, which isn’t true for some parts. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to help haul my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. It was a bit precarious bringing it all down to check out. The breakfast was absolutely lovely.

Staff! They make or break your experience. Harry is the face of great hospitality and service. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to make us feel welcome, shared best practices and local recommendations and above all we witnessed him displaying the same courteous manner with all patrons during our stay!

The best and most cozy Luxury hotel on our trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was small but cozy. It lacked a view, but the window provided good airflow. It fit my solo traveling needs perfectly. Good central location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff who spoke English, and good wifi. A bit noisy at night, but in fairness I left the window open.

The one thing I would change is the check in/out times. They’re too late & too early.

My wife and I had a very pleasant 3-night stay - clean room; comfortable bed; and hospitable service.

We stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute and we couldn't be happier. It's PERFECT. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had breakfast in the gardens...exactly how you'd expect a French countryside hotel to be. It felt like we were in our own home. We LOVED this hotel and would definitely go to Aix en Provence just to stay there again.

Included with your room is access to the pool and other relaxation facilities. Great way to unwind after a long travel day. Easy access to Old Town and dining. The A/C had been turned off for the season and the room was very hot. The noise from outside made it impossible to open the door for cool air. Had difficulty getting comfortable to sleep. We finally took out the comforter and used just the duvet.

This location was right in the middle of everything! We loved being so close we didn’t have to use a car. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was wonderful to soak in. If you enjoy being close to breakfast, coffee, pastries, shopping, dinner, late night dining and markets, this is the place for you. Did I mention this used to be a convent? Extremely interesting history.
