I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was unfailingly polite and friendly, and the hot and cold breakfast buffet was astonishingly vast with something for everyone, from vegans to meat eaters, pastry/bread/carb lovers, tea aficionados and coffee fans. My husband and I stayed our last night in Alsace and really loved our accommodations and our host and hostess were extremely helpful in getting dinner reservations. The room was charming and comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious and many choices including a warm boiled egg perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an Alsace experience.

A wonderful place to stay in the small town of Kientzheim, which is a former convent of 11th Century. I had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the vineyards. There was no coffee maker or microwave but the lady that checked me in provided an electric kettle to heat water.
This hotel was a bit further than anticipated to the town center, but it was super close to the train station. I was worried about the "part of town" given the proximity to the train station, but I should not have worried. It was a cute room and the front desk was very helpful during check in and the wifi worked well. The area surrounding was quiet, but clean and while I didn't walk around much at night, it didn't feel unsafe at any point when traveling as two women.

I want to applaud the entire staff of Arc-en-Ciel. I was travelling with my senior citizen father during the recent extreme heatwave. Lovely central hotel not too far from pubic parking, great service and assistance from the front desk, the walls were a bit thin on the 2nd floor hearing people next door but its an old building of course. Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming.
