"Easy parking at the property right outside, quite a climb up the stairs with suitcase would be tricky if you had mobility issues but there is a stair lift although I’m not sure if it works or is for guests. The old floors are lovely to see although rather uneven. The room was really warm even with no heating on, needed the fans that were provided and must be crazy in summer. Bedrooms a reasonable size although not much storage if you were staying a long while. Decent kitchen area with most equipment you’d need, did notice only two small plates but it has two double bedrooms. Toilet and shower room are both small, great shower but very small space to dry yourself. Toilet door often slid open, ok as a couple but if you were staying with friends maybe not. Great location close to town centre."

"We arrived very late at night and the communication from the hotel by email was excellent. The provided instruction on how to obtain entry to the room and it worked perfectly. The only small downside us parking. They have very adequate parking, but if you are late in arriving the spaces are very limited and poor parking by other guests made it even more difficult."

"Lovely hotel, quirky reception and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice with a kettle. Close to the motorway and a bus stop across the road to the centre. Parking very easy and good choice for breakfast."

"One of the warmest welcomes whilst travelling three months in Europe, very helpful staff. Room was clean, decent size room, modern and well set out, comfortable bed & pillows, nice shower & good size area, separate toilet. Although located in industrial area it was quiet busy with people, plenty of choices for food as hotel didn’t do evening meal, only short walk also to Lidl. Large open parking space at rear & front. Breakfast was pleasant & replenished quite quickly. Would certainly stay here again if returning to the area"
