Excellent, everything was ok.

Easy location, clean place, spacious

As a 70 years old, who has traveled extensively, this property is absolutely the nicest hotel/apartment I have ever stayed in. It was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped.

The Kreutzwald Hotel is a very nice, comfortable hotel near downtown Tallinn. While it is not IN downtown and therefore a short walk from shops and old town, it is very comfortable and affordable. For the business traveler, ideal since much of their time is spent doing business and not seeing the sights. Still nice for the holiday traveler, but not as convenient as a hotel in old town, but you don't have to pay the price of old town, plus the rooms are more spacious than those in old town.

There was a problem with my first room and they quickly made it right. It’s close to the port and Uber is easy. Doing a walking tour that starts in front of the tourist information is a great way to see and hear about Tallin.

We had a great stay in Tallinn. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and Old Town on foot. The staff provided friendly and attentive service, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Excellent location between ferry harbor and Old Town (both easy walking distance). Nice safe block with shopping, restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and functional, furniture in good condition (stayed in "comfort" room). There is a spa (small pool, two jacuzzies, three different sauna) on the second floor, included in price (massage extra charge). For the spa, bathrobe is in room, but you must buy slippers from reception (EUR2 a pair) which is kinda ridiculous, but no big deal. Reception...

Fascinating building, with long stone corridors, reading nooks, ideal location, helpful staff.

This place is warm and quite, the staff always help us. The breakfast is really good. And no less important, it is located in a perfect place to move around Old Town

This hotel is very clean and the amenities are great. My only suggestion is to replace the carpets, as they are very worn and stained (yet kept clean).

Excellent location for a very reasonable nightly rate, just lower your expectations to what you are paying. Would stay again.

We were a group of girls coming from Helsinki for a stag party. This was a great apartment right in old town. It was a few minutes from the look out point and Nevsky Cathedral. It is a bit of a walk from the harbor, but not too bad, we made it. The rates were great for the area. The place was clean and well furnished. It has utensils for cooking and a dish washer. The Wi-Fi was a plus. The main downfall I can think of was the noise from the staircase. You could hear a lot of noise from outside...

Its no frills, but dry, warm and secure.
