The staff was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We had a very early train on our last day and they took the time to prepare a part of breakfast and coffee and tea for us before breakfast was available. Our time here was so relaxing.

Amazing architecture and decor. Generational basque family home turned into hotel with elevator and beautiful views. Staff was the best! The town was picturesque and the area of Rioja is enchanting. Will book again next time we travel to the Basque Country!
Great hotel, location wise, only problem is they use an elevator for your car if you bring one. The breakfast should be included after the price people pay for the rooms. In Spain they criticize Capitalism, but I think they are worst, plus they don’t staff accordingly. Exploitation
