"We’ve just returned from a fantastic two-night winter sun break at the Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel, and it absolutely delivered. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and welcoming; exactly what you want when escaping the winter gloom. The staff were genuinely excellent throughout: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which really made the stay feel effortless. Our room was lovely — clean, comfortable, and a perfect base to unwind between pool time and exploring. A special mention has to go to the other guests too, a great mix of friendly patrons that added to the easy-going, sociable vibe of the place. It felt relaxed without ever feeling dull. As for the weather… well, it kept us on our toes! A bit of sunshine, a bit of cloud — but honestly, even the changeable conditions couldn’t dampen the experience. There’s something quite enjoyable about sipping a drink in mild winter warmth while back home everyone’s scraping ice off their cars. All in all, a brilliant short break and exactly what we needed. We’d happily return, preferably with the same staff, same atmosphere, and maybe just a touch more sunshine next time 🌤️😉"

There was a great variety of food options, including choices that suited our children, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible, well maintained, and family-friendly. "Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "
