The staff was incredible. There were two men in the front desk who always helped me out. One was tall with black hair combed backwards. He may have been wearing glasses. The other was Alejandro. Very friendly staff, spacious room and a great hotel. Not that close to the Alhambra but we enjoyed the walk through the streets as we were getting to and from it.

This was a nice hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaints are my usual, never enough towel racks, and if you have a large suitcase its a tight squeeze unless you unpack it.
I have stayed in Granada a few times and will comeback here. It iswell located off a highway andhas parking at 11 euros a day. The room was really nice and the staff helpful. Taxis to central Granada are about 8 euros and there is a busstop right by the hotel to the centre for about 3 euros return. Breakfat was ample. The dining room has some covered cabling on the floor that is easy to trip over.
Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip.
Note: Like many European hotels, there is no elevator.
