Fantastic location right in the heart of Las Palmas. The receptionist who greeted us was super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bed and nice decorative touches. The roof top patio is nice and has a kitchen for guest use. Our one complaint was the difficulty in finding parking, but the receptionist helped, providing us with their one parking spot for 9 Euro per night. Nice hotel with wonderful service and a beautiful view. The staff was very kind, hard working, and helpful. The price for half board was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it. The same can be said about the hot stone massage at the hotel spa. We were very happy with our stay here, and in fact spent most of our time on the island at the hotel.
I needed a place to stay near the marina for one night before flying out early the next morning. This was perfect. Easy walk from the marina. Comfortable room. Staff was very nice and arranged a taxi to pick me up at 4:30 am to take me to the airport.
The CANTUR CITY HOTEL is a great hotel only 1 block from the beach & boardwalk. The staff was always friendly & helpful (speaking Spanish might have helped me, but I heard them speaking a variety of languages). The facilities & specially my room, were always kept clean & tidy. The breakfast buffet was excellent & had a variety of choices for all appetites. I would certainly return to this hotel or recommend it to a friend.

Staff was great and I would go back. Looked like the pictures and they had amenities like washer/dryer on site. Set up a taxi for me to the airport and had a night person in case of anything.
Very elegant, friendly, and well mannered. I will definitely have to go back for a second time and only to this hotel because I felt so comfort. Not only that, but it was close to the beach and strip mall where I felt safe.
