I picked this hotel because it was near the train station and had high ratings from Expedia users. I was delighted with the experience. From the moment I arrived the hotel staff was clearly interested in making it a great stay for me in Valladolid. From bringing me extra Kleenex to opening the bar so I could have a bite to eat to giving me advice on things I should see in town, the staff went above and beyond.
