The hospitality of the staff is of a 5 star hotel. The only reason they are 1 star is because the rooms are small. Otherwise they would be easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Our room, although large, was really bare -- white walls, no art, and hard surfaces. We went to the pool for drinks and lunch and the service was downright awful due to seemingly inexperienced staff. "Incredible stay. The rooms here are amazing. They have so much character yet are surprisingly modern with key card, great lighting and charging points.
The bed and bedding is super comfortable and the old walls have good soundproofing.
The room I had was so spacious and was cleaned daily. Service was perfect and the restaurant is incredible.
