This hotel was fantastic. It would be fabulous if it were located in a better location, closer to old Madrid. We stayed there as we were attending a Real Madrid game. It was close to the metro, and the amenities and staff were great. It is located in a quite, residential neighborhood with no nightlife and few restaurant choices.
From entering the door the staff was excellent. They made us feel welcome . Our luggage did not arrive the first day but they notified us as soon as it arrived the next day.They were great with information on the different forms of public transportation. We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.

Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think.
