This hotel was a great find that made our vacation a comfortable and memorable one. The room and the decoration of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and everything provided in the room was in great condition. In addition, the staff were really friendly and helpful on giving recommendations. Location-wise, the hotel was surrounded by shops and restaurants, and in close proximity to plaza mayor and the old town.

We have stayed here on many occasions and it is always a very enjoyable experience. The staff are super friendly and they always go the extra mile to help their guests. The food is always spectacular and the area around the pool and the grounds in general is well maintained. As we travel with our pet dog, the extensive grounds are particularly appealing to us.
