Terrific small hotel 10 a ten-minute walk from Westbahnhoff. The staff is English-fluent and so friendly; the rooms are deliciously comfy; the breakfast is terrific; and the shady courtyard with cushy seating and a fountain is a lovely beguiling place to spend a lazy afternoon, have morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! This is a lovely hotel in the baroque style that really makes you feel like you're in Old Vienna. Our room was very large and very clean, as was the bathroom. The hotel is in the heart of the Ring and virtually all sites and shops are within easy walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

This was a very nice hotel different themed floors and great staff who were very helpful. Very close to the different Christmas markets and Karlsplatz in the opera house. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was great. The staff was amazing. They recommended the hop on hop off bus tour and I’m so glad we did it. I loved the location because it was within walking distance to every place we wanted to explore.

A lovely hotel in a superb location. A tram stop is right across the street, and the Rathaus square (and Christmas market, Vienna's largest) is an easy walk. Staff were very nice, and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. We loved Eiles, the coffee bar/restaurant just half a block away.

You cannot be in a more central location than this. It is at an intersection near the middle of the main shopping / dining pedestrian walkway that is always busy with people, and St. Stephan's Cathedral is right beside it.
