Hotel and staff were awesome! Room was nice and the view was beautiful. Infinity pool was much smaller than pictured on Expedia, the water was cold, but it was enjoyable. The bathroom door was stuck, wouldn't lock, front desk was contacted but door was not fixed since we had to be present in the room, and we were out and about! Overall exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

Well-maintained hotel with a pleasant, mostly Spanish-speaking staff. Room was clean. Many rooms have balconies though your view of Christopher Columbus Square and the First Cathedral may be limited due to the large trees. There is a parking garage less than a 5 minute walk away north of the hotel on Calle Isabella de Catolica which is very economical for long-term parking.
