Ms. Clarke and Mr. Capitolin were exceptional, always making sure our family was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Ardelia for keeping our room impeccably clean throughout our stay. It was spotless every day, and her hard work did not go unnoticed. We also want to recognize Sierra, our waitress, who was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Her excellent service and warm personality made every meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding customer service, Ocean Oasis is an excellent choice. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit to Dominica so memorable. We look forward to returning!"

"Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. We also received world class massages. The one downside would be the food. Average at best. All in all a beautiful island and it was the perfect getaway."

"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. The swimming pool was lovely and very well maintained, and the complimentary pool toys were such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant/bar is convenient, and you can pre-order or enquire in advance about opening times, which was helpful for planning. My room was adequate, clean, and felt safe, there was night security present and staff on site, which gave extra peace of mind. Communication via WhatsApp was really helpful and made everything smooth from booking to check-in. All the staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely consider another stay in the future. Special shout out to Ms Warrington for the support when needed. "
