The staff and the Steigenberger were very helpful and friendly, including letting me get breakfast to-go, so I could meet my schedule. The location was also super convenient. The one downside is that the gym/fitness center is ludicrously small for such a large hotel. They have one treadmill and free weights too light for any adult male. I would stay again for sure if I were unconcerned about fitness.

The location is great, except that in 2022 the entire plaza near the hotel is under renovation. Fortunately, windows are well sound-proofed. Excellent comfortable rooms, very clean, friendly staff in all areas, copious buffet breakfast (reasonably priced), small, nice bar with good hours for enjoyment, good restaurants near by, all tourist attractions nearby and shopping, too. This is our 3rd NH hotel and we think it’s a very good brand—value for money.
