"We got a spacious room with balcony. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great too. Just that there are plenty of stairs to climb before reaching the lift. Not so convenient if you have large luggage."

"We couldn’t believe the size of this room for what we paid. The building itself was a bit dated but the room was clean and the bathroom and kitchenette were modern. It was a great homebase to explore along the Moselle. The check-in process was basically handled by another hotel and we had to find our own parking down the road but nothing was too big of a hassle. We really enjoyed our stay."

I forgot a small power adapter upon check-out and the owners were fantastic helping me get it back the next morning. Even offered another charger in its place before it was located. "The room was well appointed. I wish the air conditioning went a little cooler, but that was a common issue in Germany (not specific to this hotel). The room was very clean. The hotel offers an expensive laundry service, where they charge per article of clothing. We were traveling for a couple of weeks and needed to do a load of laundry so this was not an appropriate option for us. I wish they had self service laundry. The closest laundromat was almost an hour away."
