Clean room. The staff were friendly. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we were able to get the information needed. The room was spacious, the beds were twin sized, separated, but could probably be pushed together. We decided not to bother for the two nights we stayed there.
Overall clean. Trier is 25 minutes away. Buffet dinner was pricey but we had already eaten. Wi-fi was horrible none on our end room 116. Staff greeted us very helpful. Our neighbor were loud there kids. Walls are thin. We would stay there in the future.
This hotel was wonderful! They welcomed us with champagne to enjoy as they helped with our bags and showed us to our rooms. There were some complimentary snacks and water for us in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food. The location was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel!
The proprietor is also the chef and a world class one. He was extremely accommodating in getting us into our rooms early. The evening three course menu was so good that we took the beef for our lunch when we left. Great stay
Had a lovely experience at hotel St. Fiacre. The staff is very friendly and everyone speaks multiple languages, making communication easy. The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there.
