Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". We had a very wonderful stay during our week at Hotel Edeweiss. The room was very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The food, wine and drinks were very delicious and satisfying. The location was perfect for skiing the best of Austria. The staff were all very kind, courteous, helpful and attentive to our needs. Both spas were very relaxing and healthy and we loved the atmosphere and view from the top floor pool area, where we ended each afternoon with the comforting tea service.

This is a nice property to stay at. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is clean and modern and has garage parking. The restaurant had a great selection of food and everything we had was very good. Included breakfast was great, including individually prepared dishes. This is such an amazing stay, I highly recommend. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed to amazing hospitality, where they invite you to have some complimentary tea or coffee while looking over the details of your trip. This hotel really surprised me for the better! We mainly booked in order to have a separate bedroom for the kids, but since it was cheap, I decided to book the all-inclusive, not sure if it could really include our dinner. It did and it was good!
