We had a very pleasant night staying in the main hotel building that dates from the late 1800s. The complex is quite large, with an indoor equestrian rink, a bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a large event room. The breakfast buffet contained a bit of everything so everyone was able to find a breakfast. The decor is traditional, everything was well maintained, and the bed sheets were nice. Hotel staff was really helpful and has offered baby cot with no Fee for our child. The location and the park just outside are simply excellent, nreakfast was nice, but the only one disappointment was buffet dinner, as for me the variety of dishes could have been wider
We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne
Very nice stay. We always stay here whenever we visit Cheb. The hotel has a very nice indoor pool rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Take advantage of the parking offered so you don’t have to park on the street. A very good place to spend time with.
Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I've seen for a long time. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spa and pool a short walk from hotel and the prices were reasonable. We will stay here again
Being here was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean and featured astounding views over the golf fields. The design was simply impeccable, the rooms are stylish and with lots of high tech features.
Breakfast could be much better, but I wouldn’t even take points off for that provided that everything else is fantastic. This is a brand new hotel and we wish it long years of prosperity!

We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Very clean and bright room with comfortable bed. Check-in and parking were quite easy. We took a 20 minute walk to the main colonnade and most of the popular fountains but there are trams available. There are also many restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Overall, a good price and a nice place.
