We were floored when we first saw the view and the room! It is so special and our first night was quiet and romantic. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff was exceptional! We only had a couple of complaints and when we had the complaints, the staff was eager to help in any way possible. We had an issue with our DVD player-which in our mind wasn't a huge deal because it's so fantastic there you don't really need movies, but we wanted to relax our last night and we couldn't get the DVD player to...

I was a little worried during the taxi ride to the hotel that I had made a terrible mistake in picking the hotel as some of the areas look a little rough (by American standards), however, once at the gated hotel I realized that I indeed had made a good choice when choosing the location as the property is incredibly calming and beautiful. Just know that since you are out of the city you will need to use Uber eat or a taxi to get food as there is no onsite restaurant.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. While we had some problems at checkout (they couldn't run a credit card because the staff at the desk "didn't know how"-- we had to pay in cash). I'm assuming this was an anomaly, as the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. Rooms are large and clean, although not air-conditioned, which was fine. Excellent food and caring staff. Can't beat the location and view.

Would highly recommend this place. The owners just couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The cabins are bright, comfortable, and clean. The location is convenient to the Mirador de Ujarras and the Ruinas de Ujarras as well as multiple good restaurants. The citrus trees on the grounds attract lots of interesting birds. We saw at least 35 species from our porch. Hanging out with their adorable, super friendly Doberman was a big bonus for us.

This is a nice little property with a casino right across the parking lot. Daniela checked me in, she was very friendly and helpful.

The casino had a wide range of gambling options and the 24hr bar has a lot of "social butterflies" to engage with.

I find no fault whatsoever with this hotel. I liked everything. It had a safe in the room where I could lock up my electronic devices whenever I wanted. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a wide variety of foods. Plenty of hot water. Free coffee in the room and at breakfast. You can buy expensive or less expensive food at the restaurant. Pleasant helpful staffs, clean facilities and big confortable rooms and beds at an affordable price. Great safe neighborhood location near restaurants bars and downtown.
