Lovely property. Beautiful design, friendly welcoming owner. The pool was so nice.

Nya is a beautiful property with wildlife all around. I was able to watch a family if howler monkeys from the hammock outside my room. They left me a yummy dessert daily in my room they put in while I was out. The free breakfast menu had a variety of options including vegetarian. Property is town so walkable and beach is right across flyer road from the property. Got the best massage there as well.

Tambor Tropical is an exceptionally well cared for property. We were well taken care of by very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is a great place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. This isn't a comment towards the hotel, but we felt important for visitors to know that the beach isn't a great swimming beach. It is great for sunrises, long walks, and not sharing it with many other people.

Wonderful place and lovely host. Their bioluminescence tour with Luis was amazing! Bed is comfortable. Be aware that there is no AC and it is 80 degrees at night. They have a great set up, fans pointed at the beds. Highly recommend this proprty!

Great location near the beach and away from the dust and traffic of Carmen and Santa Teresa. Clean comfortable with well equipped kitchen.

What a great spot. We saw some shaky reviews but we were so happy. Our room was fantastic, great sunset scene, gorgeous setting and the best yoga studio. I would highly recommend this hotel right on the beach.

The property is beautiful, Tomas is incredibly helpful and passionate, comfy bed, nice pools, yummy breakfast (bread/ jellies, coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruits, eggs) & close to beaches and Bioluminescent tour in secluded area so plenty of nature to enjoy. The entrance sidewalk is steep so wear hiking/tennis shoes not sandals/ heels, Tomas did offer to help us bring our bags up which was nice but just be aware it may not be accessible for everybody. The place and surroundings was attractive. Great walkable location to all. Pool very nice and everything was clean. Host very responsive and he slowed a late checkout on request. Comfortable king bed.
