This was our second time staying at the hotel and it was as great as before.

Peaceful place with a great vibe. The hosts Lily and Alex, their family, Morgan and all the staff, are just lovely people with a great spirit. Spent 8 days there, just sorry it couldn't be longer. The food at their restaurant 'Sud" is incredible, organic eggs, homemade jams of all sorts, the lamb chops, not to mention the deserts were among my favorites.

Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Staff was very friendly. Very convenient to beach and the hotel even has a handy tide chart posted daily so you know when you can walk to the whale tail. The place was very clean. They had a great pool and a path into the jungle. The dogs were sweet as well.

We initially stayed in a cabina without air conditioning, but after the first night we upgraded to a room with A/C, which made our stay even more comfortable. Fabulous and convenient

Melissa was amazing, you can feel the pride she had for her property the second you pull in the gate. Breakfast was delectable and the room was super cozy and spacious. Mins to a back entrance to the beach, great location! Thank you for all your help and hospitality Melissa. Will be back for sure!

Our stay at Oxygen Jungle Villas was amazing! The property is very well taken care of. The rooms were beyond comfortable. We even saw a sloth on the property! The only thing that I would say is that anyone staying on the property must have a vehicle with 4x4 and the hotel should definitely disclose that at the moment or prior to booking. Other than that GREAT hotel!

The beach was amazing! The cabins are very private and comfortable. There are monkeys and toucans on site. The staff was fantastic. So friendly! We got a flat tire and they pointed it out to us and immediately changed it for us...in the dark! Exceptional service! Highly recommended! We will be back!

My family and I stayed at the Cristal Ballena for 3 nights at it was absolutely lovely. The hotel grounds are considerably large and extremely well-manicured. There are a variety of flowers, fruit trees and other shrubbery making our early morning hikes through the property incredibly pleasurable. The best part was the enchanting river we discovered. Excelente todo personal unless

Absolutely epic view. Incredible accommodations and very friendly staff. We had a very short stay and wish we could have been there longer. Highly recommend. The only challenge is the treacherous drive up/down the mountain. It is not paved and very rocky. You’ll need a 4x4 vehicle.

Excellent location and property

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was probably the best set up I have seen. They had eggs for us to cook in the morning and their pots and pans were mostly stainless steel so that was much appreciated. They had nice cold filtered water for us also. We enjoyed the pool. My boyfriend and I just got back from the most romantic long weekend at RP imaginable. Friends in San Jose have been recommending it for years - and now we know why.
